This is a cake I made for my uncles birthday, he's a big fan of camping and 4 wheel drives.
The cake is a marble cake iced with ganache, then covered with green coloured coconut and blue pipping gel.
The trees are made of modeling paste, the stones around the lake are dark chocolate and the fire place is after dinner chocolates on top of red modeling paste... surounded by dark chocolate stones
